POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concrete Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations functions within the Concrete Division including ensuring tools and equipment are kept in operational condition, managing materials logistics, overseeing inventory, managing quality control, and collaborating cross divisionally to ensure projects move forward efficiently.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

and collaborate with Petra's Concrete and SPD Divisions regarding daily/weekly/monthly equipment maintenance and/or materials deliveries.
upkeep and maintenance of capital investments: equipment, vehicles, tools, service yard, and useable materials.
and order repairs or replacement parts to ensure tools are operational and available for safe use.
equipment and/or materials between project sites and the service yard.
self-education in product knowledge.
organization and logistics of all materials to support functional and productive teams.
yard and warehouse to ensure compliance with company standards including maintaining clean and organized containers and shelves.
weekly safety and yard inspections, document findings, and provide inspection reports to management.
inventory quality and ensures accurate quality control.
monthly quality control inspections, document findings, and provide reports to appropriate parties.
weekly safety meetings and consistently execute all safety policies and protocols.
inventory of safety equipment and materials to facilitate safe working practices and environments.
training needs regarding skills and safety.
duties and projects as assigned, including participation in company committees and teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

Valid driver's license

Ability to utilize computers and software to complete assigned duties

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout a shift

Ability to stand, walk, sit, and stoop throughout the day

Ability to complete tasks while donning safety PPE where required

High school diploma or equivalent
