TS/SCI with Polygraph required. DAYS M-F 8 Hour shifts between the Hours of 6am - 6pm. Troubleshoot, install, and support the configuration of hardware devices CONUS and OCONUS.

Includes workstations, monitors, printers, peripherals, servers, network equipment, cables labeling mobile devices, and associated software on domains as identified by CIO governance processes.

Provide services for the purchase of break/fix equipment for end users. To include desktops, monitors, VoIPs, DVTCs, and other assorted hardware. Developing processes to manage break/fix stock levels and ensure each location has sufficient break/fix supplies based on Government needs.

Certs and Training:
8570 IAT level IIAnd one of the following: A+ CE (CompTIA)

HDI-CSR (Customer Service Representative) HDI-SCD (HDI Support Center Director) HDI-SCA (HDI Support Center Analyst) ITIL Foundation Microsoft Office 365Education and Experience:
