    Job Description

    Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) has an excellent opportunity for a Office Assistant. Office Assistants performs a variety of general clerical support tasks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Copying and filing
    • Auditing job files
    • Making new job folders
    • Monitoring accounting email and forwarding to appropriate party
    • Assist with data entry of invoices
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills, notably MS Excel
    • Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and vendors

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • Salary: $18 per hour
    • Weekly Paycheck
    • Part-time position; 16-20 hours per week
