- Manage a loan pipeline, within Service Level Agreements, on a daily basis in relation to Aloha Capital's suite of loan programs.
- Manage communication with Aloha's borrowers
- Manage initial document collection and follow up with Aloha's borrowers
- Remain up to date on Underwriting Guidelines and changes to Loan Programs
- Communicate with Lending Management and Senior Loan Coordinator and other internal partners quickly and effectively to ensure that loans move through the process efficiently and the best possible customer experience is had.

- At least three years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant
- Experience in private or hard money, DSCR or Bridge underwriting strongly preferred.
- 4-year college degree in business, finance or equivalent, or commensurate work experience

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer Assistant to be our Borrower Success Manager. The Borrower Success Manager will manage a pipeline of loans including Non-QM DSCR loans on rental properties as well as bridge loans, and other loans that Aloha offers. On a day-to-day basis, this position will be responsible for all communication with the borrowers and guarantors of the loan including a kick-off call to answer any question on the Aloha process, timing and document request list. They will be responsible for the collection of all relevant documents from the borrower(s) so that their teammates (Senior Loan Coordinator and Associates) can run background/credit, verify liquidity, experience, etc. They will also be responsible for communicating final loan terms upon appraisal receipt/rate lock and post close call/survey. The main goal of this role is to ensure that the borrower(s) are aware of the status of their loan throughout the process and are happy with our service (NPS score of 7 or higher), and willing or providing us with referrals.
It is key for the Borrower Success Manager to have a strong understanding of Aloha Capital's loan programs as well as an understanding of the lending life cycle. Candidates will possess exemplary attention to detail, be self-motivating, as well as have the ability to communicate extremely well with our clients and internal team.
