Job Overview:
This is a seasonal position (May 2024-August 30, 2024).
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Provide support in daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Prior experience in an office environment, preferably medical or administrative
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties such as filing and organizing
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Thornton, IL 60476: Relocate before starting work (required)
