Job Overview:

This is a seasonal position (May 2024-August 30, 2024).


Responsibilities:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
  • Provide support in daily office operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
  • Prior experience in an office environment, preferably medical or administrative
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of basic clerical duties such as filing and organizing

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary


Pay:
$15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Thornton, IL 60476: Relocate before starting work (required)
