    This position

    will

    report

    directly

    to the

    Manager

    of Strategic Growth. The incumbent is responsible

    to execute

    a high degree of internal co-ordination between all aspects of the business including Marketing, Sales & Project Applications Engineering, Business Management, Engineering,

    and

    Supply Chain

    .

    The

    position

    is

    expected to

    development

    strong

    partnerships with technology providers

    and

    analyz

    e

    potential inorganic growth opportunities in adjacent and transformational growth areas.


    This position requires a passion for developing carbon reduction products and services to new and existing applications to meet the changing needs of the energy industry.

    Knowledge and Skills
    Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, gas turbines, and

    the energy

    transition are preferred.

    The position requires a minimum of a

    Bachelor's Degree

    , preferably in engineering or a technical field and related industry experience, with strong demonstrated business acumen. An advanced Technical or Business degree is preferred.

    Some domestic and international travel is

    required

    .


    Summary Pay Range:
    $152, $229,392.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market

    location, job-related

    knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
