Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.- This position is responsible for the exhaust gas recirculation and carbon capture business development, goto market strategy, and execution including activities related to the analysis of market opportunity, market and customer development, communication, and customer satisfaction.
The incumbent is responsible to execute a high degree of internal co-ordination between all aspects of the business including Marketing, Sales & Project Applications Engineering, Business Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
The position is expected to development strong partnerships with technology providers and analyze potential inorganic growth opportunities in adjacent and transformational growth areas.
Knowledge and Skills- Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, gas turbines, and the energy transition are preferred. Demonstrated sales, business develop, and/or marketing experience and business acumen. Design and implementation of campaigns to present products to new markets. Analyzes alternative business development approaches and strategies. Develops strategies to present new business ideas to customers and business partners. Strong leader, high level of collaborative and influencing skills, and an effective communicator, both internally and externally. Ability to create and communicates a vision to the organization that motivates others.Ability to align and resolve inconsistencies in strategy and messaging across organizational lines. Leads the organization to develop and translate strategy into operational goals and priorities. Creates a positive team environment by celebrating successes and driving excellence. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering or a technical field and related industry experience, with strong demonstrated business acumen. An advanced Technical or Business degree is preferred. Some domestic and international travel is required
Summary Pay Range:
$152, $229,248.00
