Job Summary
The job entails leading the development and implementation of Solar's products and services for the datacenter market, contributing to the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Nature and Scope:_
- Principal Accountabilities:_
Tasks include evaluating market opportunities, establishing external contacts, presenting at conferences, developing commercialization plans, assisting the definition of product specifications, developing internal tools to assist sales, and supporting proposal efforts.
Basic Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Have a minimum 5 years of knowledge in on-site or utility scale Power Generation design, construction, or management.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills required for preparation and presentation of well written documentation
- Business acumen and a strong desire for customer facing experience.
- Strong leadership skills to drive account development
- Travel requirement of 40-70%, primarily in US and Canada and occasionally international.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting datacenter design, construction, or operations
- Have a minimum of 3 years in project sales or marketing in the power sector
- Ability to connect cross culturally and functionally, to lead others in customer relations
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary for this role ranges from $123,360.00 to $ 185,040.00 Actual salary will be based on experience.
