Job Summary Overview:


In addition, the responsibilities involve assisting the CEO, VP of Marketing, Regional VP, Branch Manager, Sales Manager, and sales staff with customer service requirements.


This is a position for a Business Development Manager in San Diego that's heavy on the insurance adjuster side of the industry to help facilitate direct leads from insurance adjusters.

Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):


  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to direct reports and executives using KPI
  • Attends Tradeshows and Promotional Events on a regular basis
  • Provides efficient, diplomatic, and professional, customer service

Position Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills:


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Over 2 years Sales/Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Related Field
  • Experience in the Abatement Industry, Insurance and or Restoration is a plus
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Able to type 5565 wpm
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires local travel within assigned region
  • Extensive driving may be required
