- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service with proper phone etiquette, taking messages and/or transferring calls to the correct point of contact
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential and current clients
- Interview, screen, and evaluate prospective clients to assess their legal needs
- Review and ensure the retainer agreement is signed and executed properly
- Maintaining thorough and accurate records in our case management software, ensuring all client data is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Meeting and collaborating with advertising vendors
- Contribute to a positive, team-team oriented work environment that encourages collaboration, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction
- Additional administrative and clerical responsibilities may be assigned as needed
