Description

We are the AAA of the trucking industry. Dispatch emergency road assistance to our customers nationwide. Good phone manners and customer service skills a must. The shift we are hiring for is 3pm-11pm includes weekends.

• Handle customer inquiries and dispatch /coordinate road calls
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer road calls based on interactions
• Follow up on all road calls that are handled

Qualifications:

• Customer service, dispatch or any role in a trucking company
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
