Who we need:

This is a parttime (28 hours per week) position for a Resident Service Coordinator. Wood Ridge Homes contains a mix of 230 assisted one, two, three, and fourbedroom apartment homes

- project based section 8. We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate person to join our team to enrich the lives of our residents.

What we're looking for:

Prior experience preferred in an upscale residence or hotel environment.
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to residents and guests.
Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail
