    About this Role:
    We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to shape our Pricing products.

    Our team's mission is to utilize our extensive data to further develop our pricing capabilities with AI/MLto deliver the best price to our consumers, and maximize value to our partner pharmacies and PBMs.

    Your role is to define and execute a winning strategy for all parties in the GoodRx ecosystem.

    You'll partner with data and consumer teams to deliver personalized pricing recommendations to our consumers, maximizing savings on their medication with GoodRx.

    This role has high visibility across the company, as pricing drives customer value and shareholder value.

    You will develop a full understanding of all consumer touch points across all GoodRx products, and partner with Business Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Managers across other teams to define, develop, and launch products and services that support GoodRx's growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead discussions to align stakeholders on the vision, strategy, and execution plan for our AI/ML pricing models to deliver against our business goals
    Collaborate with business intelligence, data engineering, data science, machine learning engineering, and other cross-functional leaders to identify and define meaningful user segments where pricing is a lever to improve conversion
    Clearly define the use cases and business requirements that we want to and should solve for to deliver a personalized pricing experience to users through ML recommendation models
    Identify opportunities where AI/ML can be applied to gain efficiencies and scale to our current pricing processes
    Define success KPIs and instrument processes to measure and report progress on goals
    Engage and cultivate relationships with product partners to influence cross-team development and manage risks or trade-offs
    Ensure consumer privacy laws, such as state-specific health data restrictions or needs, are represented in the product strategy and roadmap

    Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to create a robust and scalable platform taking into account underlying infrastructure or technology that supports a range of services.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML models and related products
    Experience in utilizing complex datasets to conceptualize, build, and launch large-scale Pricing
    Strong analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your product and business decisions
    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and managing stakeholder expectation and alignment at all levels.
    Experience with system interoperability, API development, data security, and overall ML system architecture a plus

    Ready to really stand out? It is highly preferred that you have a technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a Data Science related field, and experience leading AI/ML product strategy and execution.


    Preferred Skills and Experience:
    General data analysis experience (SQL, Python, etc.)
    Experience working in the healthcare/healthtech space with attention to consumer data privacy


    At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.

    The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

    These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.


    San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
    $180, $288,000.00


    New York Office:
    $165, $264,000.00


    Santa Monica Office:
    $150, $240,000.00


    Other Office Locations:
    $135, $216,000.00
