    Senior Platform Software Engineer at Autodesk in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Requisition ID # 23WD73320 Position Overview Are you passionate about getting in front of problems instead of waiting until things are on fire? Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) is looking for a Senior Platform Software Engineer who's ready to help us improve our customer experience by building functional systems that bring our business to new heights.

    Our group handles building a modern cloud deployment platform on top of AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. We strive to build systems that enable our users to quickly deploy reliable applications to production. You will help build our evolving cloud deployment platform. This position is remote in the United States with a preference towards West Coast.

    Responsibilities + Evolve our Kubernetes-based platform by delivering features that enhance application development + Help build scalable and reliable Kubernetes clusters + Help to define new features that improve the deployment and production experience of our users + Code, test, debug and document new features in our Python-based Deployment process + Collaborate with other engineers to define and execute projects + Participate in low burden OnCall rotation + Write great technical documentation Minimum Qualifications + 4+ years Application development experience (Java/python/go etc.) Kubernetes operator development big plus + Experience modern cloud deployment technologies like Kubernetes and Spinnaker a big plus + Some experience with scripting languages like Python or Java + Some experience with AWS, Linux-based infrastructures, and Linux/Unix administration #LI-DH1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software - from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
