    Description


    Software Engineering Lead at R1 RCM in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies and familiarity with data engineering.

    As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate 60% of the time with team-related activities and 40% of the time in actual development.


    Responsibilities:
    + Working with the product owner to groom the stories and add technical details (like design and implementation). + Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback. + Proactively looking for any technical potential risks/blockers. + Helping the team members in resolving technical blockers. + Coordinating with the QA team members with defects triage meetings, performance issues, and release management. + Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions. + Perform data analysis, modeling, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity. + Develop and maintain data engineering best practices, standards, and guidelines. + Troubleshoot and resolve data processing, performance, and scalability issues. + Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and cloud technologies.


    Requirements:
    + Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + Proven experience working with Microsoft technologies like C#, and Web API, and Azure. + Strong proficiency in .NET programming language. + Strong understanding of SOLID and design patterns. + Experience with Scala development is highly desirable. + Familiarity with Angular or other front-end frameworks would be an added benefit. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, agile environment. + Azure certifications related to data engineering would be a plus. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $63, $143,517.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
