- Grow new memberships for MRA.
- Maintain high member retention (95% or higher).
- Make outbound calls for grassroots prospecting and leads with follow-up calls to potential customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell new memberships and services.
- Market MRA services such as training, local briefings, roundtables, and HR business solution services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MRA members, potential members, and business networks in order to provide the most effective, customized solutions to meet their business needs.
- Partner with marketing to create regular campaigns for nurturing leads.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/business development, association management, or human resource-related field.
- Experience using CRM systems. Salesforce preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and the ability to travel throughout your territory including visiting members at their locations, primarily in MN.
