    Description

    The Enrollment Management Coordinator shall have the primary responsibility of playing a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the enrollment processes within Florida Memorial University's student services building. This position involves coordinating various activities related to student enrollment, admissions, and retention. This position will report directly to the Dean of Student Services/ Financial Aid Director.

    Essential Functions:

    • Perform administrative support of day-to-day operations and assist current and prospective students with inquiries in the University Student Services Center.
    • Keys in correspondence, records, and requisitions and performs other clerical functions as needed for the campus financial aid office.
    • Managing information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings for the department.
    • Provides professional representation of the University Student Services Center, exercising judgment and discretion in responding to or initiating internal or external contacts.
    • Processes invoices and expense reports, ensuring accurate reconciliation. Researching and resolving errors or discrepancies.
    • Maintains organization of files and electronic data using assigned confidential, and in some cases shared drives. Supports the department in the collection of data for internal reporting to support decision-making and planning.
    • The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that logically relate to the position.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to handle information of sensitive and confidential nature in the utmost professional manner.
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative, resourcefulness, and personal accountability.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse constituents.
    • Preferred systems: Power FAIDS, Power Campus, and Jenzabar. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, as well as knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedure.
    • Moderate physical activity. Requires handling objects of average weight up to fifty (50) pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

    Minimum Requirements :
    • The position requires a High School Diploma/GED or related experience. Associate degree preferred.
    • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours.
