Core Responsibilities as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Maintain a positive image by following company guidelines and remaining professional while speaking with clients
- Communicate daily with all client relations managers, prioritizing and allocating the various responsibilities to increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and facilitate relationships between clients by answering questions that arise and defusing any concerns
- Implement and support any new relationshipbuilding strategies to ensure we keep our clients for the longterm
- Update client information in our system to ensure all information is as accurate as possible
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 12 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Client Relations, or Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement
Pay:
$ $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
