Role Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development.
You will identify and qualify leads, build relationships with potential customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead and execute effective go-to-market and market growth strategies.
Further understand customer segments, pain points and requirements for continuous improvement of BigOmics solutions.
Active lead prospecting and demand generation by researching and identifying new business opportunities.
Drive customers through close by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams as well as external partners.
Maintaining and updating account and opportunity data within company systems as directed.
Consistent attainment of all revenue and booking targets within assigned territory.
Representing BigOmics in a manner consistent with company business principles and ethics.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales and business development
Lead generation and business development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Build and maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in the life sciences or bioinformatics field is a plus
