- Communicate and interact with attorneys, assistants, and clients.
- Respond to collection related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately.
- Responsible for an attorney assignment of those attorneys in leadership and with high dollar inventory.
- Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, specifically monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work.
- Handle all aspects of client outreach (via email, phone, and/or mail) to resolve non-payment issues.
- Answer and manage daily collection inquiries from attorneys, assistants, and staff.
- Assist with the training of new hires in conjunction with the Client Accounts Coordinators, Client Accounts Manager, and Financial Applications Trainer.
- Communicate and report to leadership on delinquent collections and at risk inventory.
- Participate in collaboration sessions for process improvement.
- 5-7 years of work in a professional environment or 2-3 years of work as a Client Accounts Specialist.
- Must be self-motivated and possess a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and cooperatively with peers and management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to use good judgment.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting functions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but may be substituted for relevant work experience.

:The right individual for this role will work with Holland & Knight's Billing Attorneys and assistants, as a liaison with clients, for the purpose of resolving client non-payment issues to improve collection realization.
