    This position will support the Vice President of Business Development.

    Job Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

    Salary Range: Salary is based on a candidate's specific criteria, years of experience, skillset, education, and training.

    Education & Experience: BS/BA degree required. 2-5 years of related experience.

    Description of Required Experience/Skills:

    • Superior organizational skills. Maintain daily/weekly task lists and event calendars for sales, marketing and business development functions.
    • Assist in scheduling, logistics planning, organizing, and day-of-tasks for events, department business meetings, and tradeshows.
    • Performs administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, purchase requests, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, with flexibility to multitask and prioritize.
    • Ability to resolve issues with minimal direction or guidance, as well as work both independently and as a team member.
    • Strong computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
    • U.S. Citizen.

    Description of Desired Experience/Skills:

    • Background in marketing and/or business with experience developing marketing campaigns to include email marketing, direct mailing, tradeshow alignment and other customer contact methods.
    • Working knowledge of the US Military and DoD agencies with a general understanding of rank structures, organizational alignment, and training methods and techniques.
    • Working knowledge of the Government Request for Proposal (RFP) process, business capture, and proposal submission processes. (e.g. the Shipley Method)
