    Description

    ** Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

    **Summary**

    This position is responsible for all duties related to consistently providing a friendly, professional and safe experience to all Ross Aviation customers, suppliers and employees. **Responsibilities**

    Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Provides exceptional customer service to all Ross Aviation customers, suppliers, and employees.

    Maintains a working knowledge of the companys facilities, website, services, surrounding areas, and any other information commonly required by customers.

    Maintains good housekeeping practices for cleanliness, neatness, and compliance

    Maintains a working knowledge of policies and tools employed by the Company (i.e. SOPs, TFBO, etc.)

    Performs all customer service handling, such as helping customers with aircraft movements, scheduling, fueling, invoicing, customer van runs, setting up rental car and hotel reservation, arranging catering and any other special requests.

    Provides after hours and call out service as required.

    Actively participates in all initial and recurrent training sessions.

    Complies with all current safety regulations, administrative procedures, methods, practices and company standard operation procedures (SOP).

    Ensures that all documentation, receipts, transactions, accounting records, etc. are accurately completed, processed and forwarded to the appropriate people.

    **Requirements**

    Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

    Must be organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

    Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

    Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience.

    Minimum of 18 years of age

    Possess and maintain valid state drivers license.

    **Physical Requirements**

    Physically able to perform frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing actions.

    Physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 25 lbs.

    May be required to work overtime, nights, weekends.

    Location Scottsdale, AZ Classification Full-Time Pay Based on Experience
