Responsibilities:


  • Maintain customer accounts by updating information and scheduling appointments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Accounts payable cost center coding
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Vendor invoice reconciliation responsibilities
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently and exceptional work ethic and strong attendance records.
