Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service needs
- Interacting with multiple insurance carriers
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Previous insurance experience a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Property and casualty license or obtain within 6 months of employment
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to Relocate:
- Scottsdale, AZ 85251: Relocate before starting work (required)
