Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange schedules for a team of technicians using scheduling software, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary access instructions.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and gather any specific requirements or instructions.
- Ensure technicians have the correct equipment and information before leaving for daily appointments.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage invoicing for services rendered.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections efforts as needed.
- Answer phones and provide assistance as needed, including relieving the reception desk during breaks or absences.
- Perform filing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Support technicians in the field by troubleshooting issues and providing necessary assistance.
- Coordinate service calls and repairs, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to schedule multiple technicians with different expertise as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred.
- Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
