This reduces the need for direct care staff and helps individuals enjoy privacy and live in homes and communities rather than institutions.


A
Client Services Representative manages the onboarding of new client accounts and the maintenance of accounts, including the creation and maintenance of support plans, ensuring that the assistive technology and remote support plan for a client meets their needs, the communication of issues to the client's support circle, and helping to solve client account problems as they arise.

Requirements for the position:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with various web browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
  • Must pass an FBI background check.

Nice to Have:


  • Experience related to or desire to work within the social work and/or caretaking fields.
  • Customer service experience, especially over the phone.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
