Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the local geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, managing the entire sales process, and achieving an annual sales target of USD 2 million. This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in IT services sales.
Responsibilities:
Hunting: Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients in the local geographical area.
Conducting 360-degree sales: From generating leads to closing deals, manage the entire sales process.
Regularly meeting with clients and prospects to build and maintain strong relationships.
Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Business Development Executives and Lead Generators.
Achieving an annual sales target of USD 2 million.
Requirements:
10+ years of overall sales experience, with a focus on IT services sales.
Proven track record of working in mid-size companies.
Onsite sales experience for 6-7 years.
Strong local market knowledge and a decent portfolio of 5-7 million.
Technical background is a plus.
