- Research Potential Customers: Use online research to pinpoint potential clients who match our ideal customer profile for our products or services.
- Prospecting: Identify key decision-makers within targeted companies and initiate contact through phone, email, or social media to gauge their interest in our offerings.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the generated leads, qualifying them based on their compatibility with our product and readiness to engage.
- Setting Up Meetings: Arrange meetings for the sales team with qualified leads, arming them with the necessary information to successfully close deals.
- Managing Sales Pipeline: Utilize our CRM system for tracking and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team: Provide valuable feedback and market insights to the sales team, ensuring strategies are aligned and optimized.
- Reporting: Generate reports detailing sales development activities and outcomes, presenting these findings to management.
- Answer incoming phone calls, enter new orders into the order system, coordinate with Engineering staff to assist in positive project outcomes.
- Product Documentation: Assist the engineering team in documenting product specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to shipping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify potential customers and market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with sales automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive work ethic and the drive to exceed performance targets.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
- Commission/Bonus: Attractive bonus structure to be detailed upon hiring, based on the number of qualified leads generated

Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at SynDaverX, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities within our target market, the medical device industry. Your main objective will be to generate interest in the company's custom products and services and schedule meetings for our sales team to close deals, directly contributing to our overall success.
Based in our Tampa, FL office, you will also provide inside support for SynDaverX Field Sales by taking calls from customers, entering new orders into the order system on behalf of the sales team and interfacing and coordinating with Engineering staff to improve the customer experience.
