- 50% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging (using SourceWhale itself) to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
- 30% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos.
- 10% providing prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the SourceWhale platform.
- 10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks.
- 6+ months experience in sales or staffing/recruiting.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships through outbound messaging and phone calls.
- Someone who is organised, inquisitive and driven to exceed targets.
- Preferably based in Florida or East Coast US.
- Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments within organisations.
- 25 days holiday (not including federal holidays).
