    Whilst we've grown to a core team of 20 stateside, this SDR opportunity is an exciting chance to join us early in our journey in the US and help shape the future direction of the company.

    Day in the Life

    • 50% identifying and contacting prospective customers via phone, email and other messaging (using SourceWhale itself) to book Sales Qualified Meetings.
    • 30% attending and supporting Account Executives on customer demos.
    • 10% providing prospect and customer feedback to the Product/Development team about the SourceWhale platform.
    • 10% managing your sales pipeline and other admin tasks.

    Who You Are

    • 6+ months experience in sales or staffing/recruiting.
    • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships through outbound messaging and phone calls.
    • Someone who is organised, inquisitive and driven to exceed targets.
    • Preferably based in Florida or East Coast US.

    • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments within organisations.
