    Description

    Purpose:

    To enter and expand the presence in the hospitality and leisure markets in Texas, particularly in the Dallas Metroplex, through active engagement with A&D firms, specifiers, group purchasing cooperatives, and end users.

    Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

    • Engage in proactive sales activities to promote textiles within the vertical market.
    • Collaborate with NA HQ (Grand Rapids) for leads and CRM utilization.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with specifiers, buyers, and end users across the defined region.
    • Create Sales Tools and Programs to showcase the Camira brand effectively.
    • Prioritize and allocate resources to develop sustainable new market segments.
    • Introduce products regularly to key customer accounts.
    • Organize sales and brand-building events with a focus on creativity and relationship building.
    • Participate in industry trade shows, local and national IIDA events, and networking functions.
    • Enhance brand visibility and loyalty with top design firms in the US.
    • Boost Sales.
    • Collaborate with local Independent Representative to secure business.
    • Coordinate with customer service and operations in the US and UK for on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
    • Establish strong ties with Camira's Global Sales Team to drive project leads and closures.
    • Contribute to company culture with knowledge, innovative ideas, and proactive attitude.

    Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

    • Prior sales experience in corporate, hospitality, service, or entertainment sectors.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
    • Experience leveraging social media for sales purposes is advantageous.

    Qualifications & Education:

    • Result-driven sales approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Ability to perform well under pressure.
    • Adaptability and team collaboration capabilities.
    • High level of enthusiasm.

    The role is US-based with occasional domestic and international travel.
