- Manage assigned territory, focusing on building relationships with agencies through regular visits and using collaborative tools and marketing strategies.
- Act as a Field Territory Representative, visiting agencies to develop new opportunity to grow premium and maintain positive rapport with clients.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to expand agency connections and market presence.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, production-oriented sales, or territory marketing within the insurance industry.
- Previous experience working for a Carrier, MGA or Broker in an insurance sale or marketing related role.
- College degree and/or insurance designations are a plus.
