    JOB SUMMARY

    CI Group is seeking highly qualified sales representatives with experience in the material handling/industrial equipment market. The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales profitability objectives from new clients and assigned accounts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will identify opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve annual sales targets

    · Achieve annual sales targets within assigned industry, region and/or accounts

    · Conduct multi-touch outreach process to uncover new opportunities across company portfolio

    of material handling products and services.

    · Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

    · Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

    · Move opportunities through sales pipeline to closure.

    · Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

    · Ongoing monitoring of customer satisfaction

    · Seek referrals to customer peers, project renewals and future engagements.

    · Acts as a leader in contract opportunities and proposals

    · Assists with the planning of sales exhibits

    · Attends trade shows as required

    · Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs

    · Stays informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers

    · Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining new business while also

    retaining existing customer accounts

    · Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

    · All other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    · 5+ years of successful sales experience in the material handling industry

    · Ability to develop and manage annual project volume of $4+ million

    · Communication proficiency

    · Strong presentation skills

    · Understanding of supply chain management and material handling systems

    · Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

    · Beginner/Intermediate AutoCAD or CET Material Handling skills a plus

    · OSHA 10 training a plus

    EDUCATION

    Bachelor's Degree Required (Business or Engineering preferred)

    TRAVEL

    This position requires up to 50% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area.
