- Training for the first week will be 9am-1pm then the next three weeks will be training from 9am-5:30pm
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
- Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be willing and able to ascertain licensure within 6 months (440 & 620)
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook (1+ years of experience required)
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through multiple systems and software's while on the phone with customers
- 440 & 620 Customer Service Representative Licensure
- Property and casualty experience
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages
