Summary
Portobello America is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order management processes.
• Enter and follow up on orders using the Oracle system.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a fast-paced team environment.
• Innovate and implement creative solutions to drive company goals forward.
• Manage order lifecycle from receipt to shipment.
• Follow up thoroughly and appropriately on all orders, shipments, and products.
• Ensure shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates, and tracking information.
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manager time effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Mac/Windows applications.
• Experience with the Oracle system preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
