- Deliver persuasive presentations to SNF decision-makers
- Generate reports as requested by senior management
- Maintain a profitable region while managing expenses effectively
- Prior experience in business development and operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven track record in closing SNF sales and fostering provider relationships
- Capable of leading field operations across multiple facilities
- Ability to multitask and manage various processes simultaneously
- Background in healthcare, medical sales, marketing, nursing, or related fields
