    What You'll Need:
    Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: BA or BS in Business (Marketing, Finance, Operations).

    Minimum Experience required:
    3-5 years in strategic account management or related role
    Digital Agency experience

    Must Have:
    Digital Agency Experience
    Experience developing marketing strategy and integrated multi-channel program strategy.
    Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, SEO, social media, etc.
    Strong Communicator

    Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    Client Management & Growth
    Foster strong client relationship
    Collaborates with Red Door Subject Matter Experts to actively manage and pitch RDI's services and offerings to current clients.
    Strong meeting management and oversight of client deliverables.
    Owns development of proposals and Scopes of Work and sales forecasting for assigned Client portfolio.

    Partners with Program Management team to develop reliable project estimates by analyzing client needs, determining objectives and understanding project scope.

    Responsible for packaging and communicating estimates and proposals to clients with senior team oversight.
    Strategic Planning
    Leads accounts with cohesive strategy with oversight from senior team
    Leads agency subject matter experts in making strategic decisions, to shape integrated campaigns aligned with the client's business goal and ensure effectiveness of marketing programs with oversight from senior team
    Ability to develop strong briefs (brand, creative, project) with oversight from senior team
    Responsible for uncovering insights for assigned clients ABCDs (Audiences, Business Goals, Competitors, Differentiators.) with oversight from senior team
    Strong Organizational Skills

    Ability to oversee both personal and delegated work, breaking down large tasks into manageable components and tracking progress on a schedule.

    Ability to effectively prioritize your own and others' work in a rapid turnaround, deadline-driven atmosphere.
    Intermediate experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    Ability to work autonomously on client projects up to the C-Suite level.

    What You'll Do:
    Lead increasingly complex client programs and relationships with direction from senior team members.

    Lead agency subject matter experts in making strategic decisions, to shape integrated campaigns aligned with the client's business goal and ensure effectiveness of marketing programs.

    Actively pitch new services and agency offering to assigned clients
    Own development of proposals and Scopes of Work and sales forecasting for assigned Client portfolio.
