Our Entry Level Business Manager works diligently with each other to consult, approach, and maintain relationships with the target consumer market for each of our clients.

Our strategies are rooted in customer acquisitions, market initiatives, brand awareness, and creating a profitable sales margin.

Our Entry Level Business Manager works closely with each customer directly, finding their needs, individualizing the product and service to them, closing the sales process, and creating a long-lasting relationship that fuels our client's sales portfolio.


Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Manager:

  • Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with each new and existing client accounts by communicating directly through meetings
  • Close customer accounts on any upgrades, contract renewals, crosssell opportunities, or current promotions to help bolster the sales pipeline and customer retention
  • Inform customers of price point, quality of product/service, and details of the delivery, after the sales transaction has been completed
  • Research territory and the target market and strategize new initiatives with other Entry Level Business Managers
  • Provide feedback to other Entry Level Business Managers and upper Management on opportunities to increase a client's ROI, accelerate customer satisfaction, or expand retention
  • Escalate and resolve any areas of concern throughout the sales process to upperlevel management

Qualifications for our next Entry Level Business Manager:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or another applicable field is highly preferred but not required
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or any other customer service job is a bonus
  • Thrives and enjoys tackling challenges and multiple tasks daily
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced team environment independently and within a team
