    Description

    Here you'll use your consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports veterans' access to healthcare.

    As a communications specialist on our team, you'll develop creative solutions to complex problems.

    Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide on-going executive leadership support for Congressional engagement, including hearings briefings, verbal and written testimony, QFRs, and presentations.

    Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences through words, images, and sound with tools.

    Experience managing Health or Information Technology projects
    Experience managing multiple editorial and writing projects concurrently, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and meeting deadlines
    Experience using project management methodologies and editorial best practices such as AP Stylebook
    Ability to translate complex concepts into plain language appropriate for non-experts
    Ability to identify and mitigate risks
    Ability to obtain a security clearance
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, or Business
    Experience implementing Electronic Health Records

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely.

    If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
