    In the national sales manager-master distributors role, you are expected to use your high-level sales expertise to develop and drive effective company sales strategies in the master agent channel. A key element in this role is conducting research in market trends and behaviors to inform and guide the company's sales efforts. Success in this role is demonstrated by meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong presence in chosen market segments.

    Job Responsibilities & Duties

    · Designs and implements effective sales strategies for the wholesale channel

    · Generates sales reports and forecasts to manage channel KPIs

    · Monitors and manages the sales performance of the master agents

    · Monitors and manages agent growth activity to limit cross channel overlap and conflict

    · Analyzes market trends and behaviors to ensure competitive compensation and products are in place in order to achieve channel targets

    · Sources, negotiates, and launches additional distribution partners to achieve growth and mix objectives

    · Provides updates on all activities in the wholesale channel and identifies areas for growth

    · Attends meetings with master agents and conducts quarterly/annual business reviews to provide updates and improvement requirements

    Education Skills & Requirements

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management positions

    · Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

    · Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities

    · Works well under pressure

    · Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors
