    About the Team:

    VIZIO is searching for an Associate Compliance Manager, Supply Chain to join our energetic and highly skilled team of professionals on the Legal Compliance and Policy Team. The Associate Compliance Manager, Supply Chain will manage the day-to-day operations of compliance and social responsibility programs such as export controls, human rights and supply chain code of conduct, and conflict minerals. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a fast-paced environment.

    VIZIO is a highly collaborative work environment. Accordingly, this individual will need to partner effectively with VIZIOs internal business teams and key stakeholders. The Associate Compliance Manager, Supply Chain position is a full-time in-office role based in Irvine, California.

    What You Will Do:

    Promote a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
    Handle the day-to-day operations of VIZIOs compliance programs, including, but not limited to; Supply Chain Code of Conduct auditing, Dodd-Frank Conflict Minerals, Export Controls Screening, and other programs as assigned.
    Develop and implement ongoing training programs for VIZIOs internal and external stakeholders.
    Review compliance certifications, audit reports, and other documentation. As needed, perform additional due diligence, determine appropriate remediation efforts, and follow appropriate internal escalations procedures for issues of significant concern.
    Support additional ESG programs and initiatives as requested.
    Partner effectively with VIZIOs internal teams and suppliers to manage assigned compliance programs effectively.
    Maintain accurate records and hold high accountability and transparency for assigned compliance programs.
    Create monthly and quarterly reports and presentations on VIZIOs compliance programs to present to business leaders.
    Other duties as assigned.

    About You:

    Bachelors degree required.
    4 + years of experience as a compliance manager or similar role.
    Working knowledge of critical laws and regulations affecting consumer electronics, such as Dodd-Frank Conflict Minerals, UFLPA, UK Modern Slavery Act, California Supply Chain Transparency Act, and related laws and regulations.
    Experience conducting export controls screening strongly preferred.
    Experience with the Responsible Business Alliance and Responsible Minerals Initiative or experience drafting or reviewing CMRTs preferred, but not required.
    Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume desk with varying responsibilities and obligations.
    Sound judgment to recognize problems that should be escalated to the manager.
    Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    A sense of humor and an ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
    Experience using SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
    An appreciation for consumer technology.

    For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $74,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $94,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
