    Title: Supply Chain Analyst

    Location: Irvine, CA

    Duration: 9+ months

    Position's Contributions to Work Group:

    • The primary role of the Supply Chain Analyst is to ensure compliance with all government import or export laws within assigned countries and regions.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate returns to suppliers and track all rework activities.
    • Execute processes and procedures, recommending updates for applicable Supply Chain functions.
    • Collaborate with various departments to assess needs and perform required actions across the entire supply chain continuum.
    • Assess global vendors for cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities.
    • Perform routine analysis to enhance supply chain operations.
    • Execute supply chain-related projects, such as NPD introductions.
    • Perform other incidental duties assigned by Leadership.

    Additional Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
    • Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and relevant FDA and ISO laws and regulations.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
    • Adherence to all EHS rules and requirements for environmental and occupational safety.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience required.
