Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas is the U.S. business unit of France based Groupe Bonduelle (BON.PA). We are the first business unit of Groupe Bonduelle to become a Certified B Corporation. Primary Duties% of TimeCreate & adjust production schedules according to code date requirements45%Customer & Operations ad hoc requests including detailed reporting and root cause analysis15%Analyze and make recommendations oninventory levels and exposure risks15%Define Operations plan with production site15%Change implementation (including equipment installation and MPS adjustments, etc)10%What you will Do:Planning and scheduling the use of machines, and LaborCoordinating with production managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that production needs are metMonitoring production progress and making adjustments as neededIdentifying and resolving production issues and bottlenecksMaintaining accurate records and documentation of production schedulesCommunicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsCollaborating with other departments to improve overall production efficiencyAnalyze current FG inventory on hand and make recommendations to reduce obsolescenceAble to oversee multiple sites and product types
Minimum Qualifications:3+ Years of Experience in a given area
