Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products to our customers.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Duties:
- Seek to improve all aspects of the Supply Chain Analyst position by reviewing current methodology and processes and work with Operations Management to implement changes.
- Upload relevant data from several sources into supply chain shared google docs for visibility across several departments.
- Analyze and interpret materials in transit, delivery times and warehouse/manufacturing inventory levels on a daily basis.
- Analyze open orders out of all packaging suppliers on a weekly basis or as needed.
- Analyze 3PL inventory levels and advise management of inventory trends, potential out of stocks and replenishment timing.
- Forecast manufacturing demand and procurement needs based on several sources of data.
- Create complex reports analyzing inventory levels out of all locations and present to management in a clear well thought out presentation on a weekly basis or as needed.
- Analyze production schedules and current on hand reports and advise management of any potential out of stocks.
- Review manufacturing outputs out of all locations on a daily basis and advise of any shortfalls.
- Analyze and interpret Amazon metrics to management and advise on days on hand and overall performance of SKU's.
- Work with purchasing to gather relevant supply chain data such as lead times and MOQ's.
- Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement in supply chain processes.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel and other MS Office Applications.
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting techniques
- Netsuite or other ERP software experience is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

$80, $95,000.00 per year
