As we continue to grow and help more individuals in their wellness journeys, we are looking for an Supply Chain Manager (In-Person role) who shares our passion for holistic well-being and is ready to contribute to our mission.

Role Overview:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate demand planning and inventory control
• Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Power BI to identify trends and make datadriven decisions
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory levels and ensure timely production
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, costeffectiveness, and ontime delivery
• Implement best practices in supply chain management to improve operational efficiency

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably managing dietary supplement's, personal care cosmetics and OTC products.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and demand planning methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external suppliers
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
