    Description
    Responsibilities
    • Perform a detailed analysis of the issues reported by users and determine their nature, whether it's configuration, misuse, or actual product issues.
    • Collaborate closely with the development team to investigate and resolve complex technical problems.
    • Provide guidance and advice to users on best practices for configuring and using the ADMS software.
    • Thoroughly document identified issues, applied solutions, and proposed product improvements.
    • Participate in creating and reviewing technical documentation and training materials for users and support teams.
    • Conduct comprehensive testing of new versions of the ADMS software to identify potential issues and ensure product quality before release.
    • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and effectively manage the resolution of user reported issues.
    • Develop and maintain an updated knowledge base serving as a central resource for technical issue resolution and continuous support quality improvement.
    • Participate in training and mentoring new support team members, sharing specialized knowledge and best practices.
    • Actively contribute to identifying product improvement areas based on user feedback and analysis of reported issue trends.
    • Leads design and implementation of all the technical parts of an integrated customer request Qualifications Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering
    • English at professional proficiency level Knowledge of IT:
    • Basic Windows administration knowledge
    • Knowledge of general communications infrastructure: LAN and Service Redundancy Concept l Network Segmentation l Firewalls rules l Network Load Balancer l NTP
    • Average knowledge of DB.
    MS SQL Server
    • Basic knowledge of process debugging (Windbg, processxp, etc)
    • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory management and ADAM configuration.
    • Basic cybersecurity practices (IT vs OT).
    • Knowledge of virtualisation.

    Generic DMS knowledge:

    • Knowledge of basic electrical distribution networks.
    • Knowledge of DMS systems in general.

    Knowledge of ADMS Schneider Electric:

    • Knowledge of OASyS DNA infrastructure (knowledge of OASyS DNA SCADA desirable).
    • General architecture (systems, zones, servers, replication...). o Interrelation between the different microservices (NDS, NMS, JMS, etc.). o DistribuSyS Configuration o NMC o Realtime replication o Historical Replication o Historical Databases o Data Management (Smart Cache and HDL) o AOR management and user permissions o Pub/Sub and Business Logic/Remote o CF2 Additional
    • ADMS Database sizing
    • Data Retention period
    • Archive vs Backup&Restore
    • Knowledge of Schneider Electric ADMS.
    • DMD user/intermediate level operation
