Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, configure and deploy user computers.
- Maintain mobile and A/V devices, and a variety standard office IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (remote and onsite).
- Be a part of an IT team that monitors and maintains the IT infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects and deployments.
- Maintain a log and documentation.
Skills:
- Microsoft Windows Workstation and Office Application Suite.
- Workstation hardware maintenance.
- Fundamental experience with small office networks.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, cloudbased technologies, and security best practices.
Qualifications:
- College/CEGEP/Vocational or Technical training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Microsoft certification is a plus.
Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
