Description
Enterprise Network Architect (No C2C or third parties)

Location:
Remote contract (Temp to Perm 4-6 months)

Must be a US Based and US Citizen


Network Architect Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement network solutions
  • US Citizen
  • Discovery, design, deployment, and testing of adjustments to network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WAN connectivity services and constructs (MPLS, sitesite IPsec VPN, etc)
  • Troubleshooting of the same network infrastructure
  • Investigating details and necessary adjustments relating to Thirdparty vendor connectivity supporting voice services
  • Assistance with documentation, adding equipment to management tools, handoff to Operations, and similar tasks to fully complete deployment.
  • Experience with VoIP systems and traffic flow is required
  • Must be able to pass extensive background check
  • Must be able to pass a financial background check
  • Must reside in the continental US
  • Mainly 85pmEST
  • Weekends as needed
  • Evenings when needed

Network Architect Requirements and Qualifications

Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Architecture/Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Network Architect, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects. Experience in the utilities industry or with wireless providers is preferred.
  • Proficiency in architectural frameworks (examples certifications on TOGAF, Cisco, AWS and Azure).
  • Strong understanding of relevant standards for wireless networks (3GPP, NERC CIP, NIST frameworks, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive innovative solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams in an agile environment.

$ $65.00 per hour
