Job Overview:
Looking for 2 level 1 technicians. One in NY and another technician in NJ. Microsoft refresh project for months contract to refresh between machines on site.
Technician will need to be prepared to go onsite to select offices, and work remotely to support end user tickets during Windows 11 deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with IT team members to analyze complex technical issues
- Assist in computer networking tasks such as setting up LAN connections
- Offer IT support for various operating systems including Mac OS, Windows Server, Linux
- Communicate effectively with endusers to provide guidance and solutions
- Familiarity with Meraki networking equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Proficiency in operating systems including Mac OS, Windows Server, Linux
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels

Pay:
$30.00 per hour
