Position Overview:

Currently, we rely on a local third-party managed services vendor for all our Information Technology support needs. However, we're now looking to bring
some of these critical support functions in-house. We're searching for the right individual to enhance the day-to-day operational support our employees receive. Your expertise
will be complemented by support from our managed services vendor, ensuring a seamless and efficient IT environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide handson support to resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions
  • Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the integration and deployment of new software and hardware systems
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications:


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced environment
