Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our team. As a Desktop Support Technician II, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
The Desktop Support Technician will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Proficient to troubleshoot Macbook, Apple Devices (iphone, ipad, etc.)
- JAMF knowledge desired (not required)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops and desktops.
- Administer tier2 support tickets and handle escalations from the help desk.
- Support users both in person and by phone.
- Assorted project work including maintaining and implementing patch management, inventory management, imaging, workstation backup systems, and software deployments.
- Desktop workstation setups and imaging.
- Write internal and userfacing documentation.
Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per hour
